It was 4:30 am on a random weekday and I couldn’t sleep.
My thoughts were racing as I tried to make sense of the deep, complex feelings I was having.
“My life is perfect on paper… I have a great income. The husband. The kids. The beautiful home… Why am I unhappy?”
The truth is, I wanted more.
More fulfillment.
More joy.
More impact.
More intimacy.
A deeper sense of purpose.
And yet, I felt the guilt and the shame bubble up in me when I thought about really going for it and taking the big, bold moves to align with my entrepreneurial vision.
Let me tell you, I have experienced first-hand the constant comparisons and lack of confidence that holds so many of us back from deep connection and fulfillment.
Deep in my bones, I knew something had to change if I was going to make the vision I had in my head my reality… and I knew it had to start with me. Because if I was going to help others lead a life of fulfillment and satisfaction, I had to show them it was possible!
I decided I was going to do whatever it took to fully own my self-worth and to open up my potential for way more earning capacity and quality of life. I was ready to live, embodied in confidence, to make my dreams come true.
I took myself through the process I now teach in “Clarity Catalyst” and embodied my potential through recognizing my self worth, creating more intimacy in my life, and stepping into my self expression through confidence.
This led to me co-authoring eleven bestselling books, becoming a better mom to two incredible teens, building a thriving business in my area of passion, and living a legacy of fulfillment every day.
I became certified to teach this program which is a transformational course for self-discovery based on a Stanford University Master’s Degree program.
I now work with impact driven and heart led entrepreneurs to help identify their blindspots. We break through limiting beliefs so you can access a life and business you’ve only dreamed of with the self esteem and tools to make it happen.

- Work with a color-coded timesheet to get a true picture of how much time you are spending in all of the important areas in your life so you can create more balance and easily shift and change things around if necessary.
